About the project

The project aims to transform B-COS's historical fermentation data into actionable, system-level insights. By standardizing time-series and offline datasets, the workflow seeks to identify early indicators of success and explain run-to-run variability. These findings will be translated into predictive models and decision-support tools to optimize process robustness and cost-efficiency. Ultimately, the goal is to shift from experience-driven decisions to an evidence-based precision fermentation platform.
